How Unlimited Data Day pass works?

Day Passes are valid only for the number of days selected and include unlimited data under a Fair Usage Policy. Each 24-hour period begins at the time of activation and includes a set amount of high-speed data. Once that threshold is reached, speeds are reduced to 512kbs or 1 Mbps for the remainder of the 24-hour period, but data access continues without interruption. This speed is enough for messaging, basic browsing, maps
Day Passes cannot be topped up. If you need more high-speed data or additional coverage days, you can simply purchase extra Day Passes as needed.

When to install eSIM?

You can install eSIM within 30 days of purchase anytime before your travel dates.
you can safely activate at home and have it ready upon arrival.
The activation process requires an internet connection, so please ensure that you have a stable internet service during activation.

Are any purchases final sale?

If your plans have changed and you haven’t installed the eSIM yet, you’re welcome to cancel your order and request a refund—we’ll promptly return your funds. However, once the eSIM has been installed on your device, we’re unable to process a refund.

I can’t connect to the internet after I activate my data plan.
  • Make sure you have selected the newly purchased eSIM as your Cellular Data (Setting -> Cellular -> Cellular Data -> Select eSIM) and it is “On”
  • Toggle “On” Data Roaming, on the new eSIM.
    Look for network connectivity bars.
    a. If there are bars, you have connected to a tower.
    b. If there is a “No Signal” showing you have not yet connected to a tower.
  • In case you have no signal, restart your device, so you have a fresh network connection.
If you have a signal, but no data, you can try to manually select the data network.
Can I use a physical SIM and my home number and eSIM together?

Yes, on dual SIM devices, you can use both a physical SIM or your home number and an eSIM. You can select which SIM to use for cellular data and set the default voice line.

We suggest turning off your home number data roaming, but turning on Wi-Fi calling ( if available from your home carrier). This lets your home number become reachable anywhere in the world via Wi-Fi or via your data only eSIM.

The Short URL contains a “Check Usage” button.

Currently valid for 180 days prior to activation. After activation, the plan is valid for the length of the plan. eSIMs validity is extended with each top up.

Does your plans really unlimited?

Our Unlimited/Day Pass plans provide a daily allowance of high-speed data (4G/LTE/5G). Once the daily high-speed quota is used, you can continue browsing with unlimited data at reduced 2G speeds (128-512 Kbps, suitable for basic browsing and messaging). These plans are ideal for users with consistent, high daily data consumption.

How It Works:

For example you choose 1GB per day option.

  • Daily High-Speed: 1GB in any covered country.
  • Daily Reset: The 1GB allowance resets every 24 hours for each day of plan period.
  • After High-Speed: On any day you exceed 1GB, speeds reduce to 2G (approx. 128-512 Kbps) for the remainder of that day.
  • Flexible Validity: Choose any plan duration from 1 to 365 days.
  • Fair Use Policy (FUP): To ensure network stability for all users, speeds are reduced after your high-speed allowance is used.
Which countries support 5G speed?

Can I install my eSIM without scanning QR code?

YES!

Both Apple and Android devices now support installation though activation link.

  1. Apple Devices:
Apple Universal Link removes the need to scan a QR code on iOS 17.4 and later
By clicking this link while on an iOS 17.4 or newer device, the user will be taken straight to the eSIM install screen, skipping the need for the QR code.
  2. Android Devices:
Installing eSIMs on Android devices is now faster and simpler than ever. With the new Android Universal Link, users can seamlessly install eSIMs with just one tap—no QR code scanning required. This works directly from SMS, Chrome, Gmail, and apps on Android phones (Samsung, Pixel, etc.).

To use this feature, devices must run Android 10+ with the latest Google Mobile Services (GMS) update (most phones update automatically, and any 2025-ready GMS version works) and also needs to be the latest SIM Manager(LPA),please go toGoogle Play Store for updating your LPA and try the universal link again if you have any issues.
